    Rodent Problems

If you keep seeing rats, the drains are worth checking. A cracked pipe or open joint is all they need to get from the sewer into your home.

If you are facing a rodent problem, our CCTV drain surveys find the entry points hidden in the drains.

The camera picks up cracks, breaks and structural issues that rats use to get from the sewer into wall cavities, under floors and into lofts.

We fit non-return valves on the drain. The flap lets your waste out but slams shut on anything trying to come back up from the main sewer, so rats hit a dead end.

A non-return valve is flood protection too. When the main sewer is overloaded, it stops sewage backing up through your drains and out of a manhole or toilet on your property.
