Pre-Purchase Drain Surveys
A normal house survey does not look inside the drains. A pre-purchase CCTV survey does, so you know what you are buying before you sign.
We put a camera through the drains on the property and check the structural condition of every run we can reach: cracks, partial collapses, root ingress, displaced joints and build up.
We map the drainage on the property so you can see where the pipes and chambers are, and write up a report of anything we find, with whether it needs jetting, a patch, relining or a repair.
If the survey finds defects, you can take the report back to the seller and ask for them to be put right before you complete. Estate agents and buyers book these with us regularly.
